Dear Coaches,

Thanks so much for taking on this great role and for teaching The Beautiful Game to the children of our community. The kids cannot play if we don't have people like you step forward to coach. Be sure to find a way to have fun with the kids and enjoy it!. I know for me spemding time with the kids grounds me and reminds me of what is important. 

We have tried to compile a set of resources for you in this section. We have links to the forms you need, info on equipment, instructions to set up your team webpage, and links to training resources. If you don't see what you need let us know and we will try to help.

For the safety of our players, coaches must register with the Club to have a national background check completed. Coaches need to be registered with both RIO RANCHO United Soccer Club and NWRGSL or Duke City Soccer League to complete the required registration process to be assigned to a team. In addition, there are courses that you must take prior to becoming an approved coach. You can find those courses and links to them under the coaching education tab.

Finally, we have posted suggested soccer practice drills for each age group broken all the way down to the week. These are practices that were designed by the US Youth Soccer Association and are a great resource.
